You select from our certified product range. We apply your brand name, logo, colors and packaging. Certification remains valid; time to market is measured in weeks.

You bring a concept or a market requirement. Our R&D team handles design, prototyping, testing and certification, then moves the product into serial production.

How a Project Proceeds
STEP 1
Requirements
You provide the target market, intended use, certification requirements and estimated quantities. We respond with a feasibility assessment and preliminary quotation within one business day.
STEP 2
Design & Engineering
For ODM projects, our engineers produce technical drawings and material specifications. For OEM projects, branding artwork is confirmed at this stage.
STEP 3
Prototyping
A physical sample is produced and submitted for your approval. Revisions are incorporated until the sample is signed off.
STEP 4
Certification
Where required, products are submitted for CCS or EU MED certification. We manage the testing and documentation process.
STEP 5
Production
Serial production proceeds at our Dongtai base under ISO 9001 quality management. In-process inspection is conducted at every critical step.
STEP 6
Inspection & Delivery
Every jacket passes final inspection before packing. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is accommodated within the standard schedule.
